First Trimester Workouts

As I alluded to in my earlier posts, the first trimester was a PAIN. I had every symptom of pregnancy possible – nausea, vomiting, bloating, fatigue… you name it. This made it extremely difficult to make it to the gym on a regular basis. So I had to find more creative ways to keep up with my workouts.

Luckily, the weather was still pretty nice during the first few weeks of my pregnancy so I tried to make it outside for some fresh air and a nice long walk.

Pregnant? There’s an app for that.

What is the first thing any sensible woman in 2015 does when she finds out she is happily pregnant? Downloads a pregnancy app, of course! There are so many free pregnancy apps to choose from. It’s hard to figure out which one is right for you. Well, folks, I have weeded through several pregnancy apps in hopes of making the process more streamlined for you. Here are some of my favorites:

Surprise!

HELLO WORLD!! Sorry I have been so MIA for the past couple months. But I have been dealing with the nausea and vomiting and fatigue and back pain and heightened emotions that come with PREGNANCY!!!

 

Yes, you read that right! I am pregnant! I am now the traveling pregnant OB – it has quite the ring to it.

I have so many pregnancy-related posts I have been working on and waiting to release once we were ready to go public with the pregnancy. And now that I am in my second trimester, I am ready to get back to blogging!
